We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our talent acquisition team. We’re a high-growth company changing how healthcare is delivered. It’s a fast-paced environment where we learn together and celebrate our wins together. We’re building from the ground up and are looking for flexible, boundaryless, and out-of-the-box thinkers. At Getlabs, you will:

  • You’ll be in a team of five Partner with the Senior Talent
  • Partner, Field Operations on strategy, recruiting and reporting 
  • Help to coach junior members of the team 
  • Optimize the team's processes 
  • Research, source, and engage top talent using unique and creative methods and sources
  • Schedule and conduct interviews and provide excellent candidate experience during the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Keep a pulse on activity in various hiring markets (start-up, hospitality, tech space) in the U.S. and abroad, and be a recruitment expert to educate our broader business and drive effective hiring strategies
  • Work closely with the Leadership team to hire talented individuals passionate about our vision

  • You have ~5 years of recruiting experience including full lifecycle and high volume 
  • You’ve recruited across all departments (Finance, Tech,  Employee Success, Sales) including field operations and frontline workers
  • You have a track record of successfully building partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • You have an aptitude for automation, technology and systems. Experience with Lever is a plus. 
  • You have experience with talent data & reporting 
  • You’re creative when it comes to sourcing candidates and have experience with employer brand marketing through various channels. High capacity for taking ownership and operating with a high level of independence, rigor, and attention to detail
