As a Growth Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for the creation and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns for the company inclusive of Email Marketing, Paid Search, Display Ads, Paid Social, and others. You will work cross functionally with copywriters, designers, and engineers to create effective SEM ads and ultimately increase CTRs, improve CPAs, and overall ensure a strong digital presence for Getlabs. This role reports directly to the Director of Growth. 

You are obsessed with the customer journey, wanting to understand every detail of the customer experience to drive your SEM strategies. You can work with copywriters and designers to develop creative strategies and also work with engineers and data scientists to cut through data and double down on winning strategies. You can write clear, succinct, and actional reports for the Growth Team and for all levels of the organization, including the CEO.

What you'll be doing:

  • Plan and execute cost-effective digital marketing programs across multiple channels including SEM/PPC, Paid Social, Display Advertising, and PPL to reach weekly lead targets by sales segments and industries
  • Prioritization and development of campaigns that support Getlabs' marketing strategy/objectives, integrating the right mix of demand generations tactics
  • Manage digital ad platforms that will be used to attract, capture, and convert prospects into customers
  • Work with cross-functional and global teams to define and prioritize short and long-term campaigns to drive conversions and lead generation
  • Measure and report on campaign results by channels to distill learnings and insights that can be shared with stakeholders across broader teams
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize experiences throughout the acquisition funnel to increase conversion
  • Manage and track predetermined budgets across all various channels
  • Actively perform tasks specific to our Google Ads campaigns including (but not limited to) keyword research, competitor research, ad copy development, landing page optimizations, and campaign set-up/strategy
  • Keep up to date on the latest marketing tools and trends
  • What we're looking for:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related degree
  • Experience with B2B marketing, specifically ABM programs
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing ad platforms (Required: Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Strong interpersonal & influencing skills to drive business priorities within the larger organization as well as to work with cross-functional partners to win as one team
  • Creative thinking capabilities that include an interest to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
  • Possess a working knowledge of Google Analytics and demand generation tools (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Demonstrated results in improving sales pipeline/funnel close ratios
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail with outstanding project management skills
  • A strong quantitative thinker with the ability to build and interpret models
