We are currently seeking an employee success generalist to help shape our department as we grow. You’ll be an integral part of the team and a stakeholder in how we build our employee experience & services. The team values collaboration and you’ll be asked to contribute to what and how we build out our systems and processes. You’ll also be the primary point of contact to assist in the guidance and support of our employees to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful. Training will be provided by the team for all of the responsibilities you’ll be required to own.

  • You’ve had a minimum of 2 years working as an HR admin/generalist 
  • You have a basic understanding of HR compliance such as I9 compliance, employee leave policies, and workplace safety
  • What you will do:

  • Manage the employee information system and tools 
  • Build and own our team operating calendar 
  • Set up new employees in the system
  • Be the first point of contact for our employee questions 
  • Administrate our payroll
  • Manage expense report review
  • Ensure seamless onboarding & offboarding process is in place and administered
  • Lead new hire benefits orientation 
  • Liaison to our platform partners and vendors 
  • Standard process documentation 
  • System automation updates 
  • Ongoing training & development of our tools and new tools available 
  • Use employee feedback data to iterate on process improvements
  • Manage new hire experience including offer letter creation, background results management,  and all pre-first day communication.
  • Assist in compensation review and compensation research
  • Assist in ensuring the organization is in compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
