What you will do:

  • Play a critical role in the Growth organization, responsible for establishing strategic business relationships with new partners
  • Build our top of funnel volume by engaging, via inbound and outbound efforts, regional and national partners across our target verticals
  • Analyze market reports to identify efficient and scalable methods to seek out new business
  • Help build a foundation and infrastructure for a rapidly growing team and company
  • Work with all teams and stakeholders throughout the company, from Operations to Marketing to COO, on high-impact initiatives
  • Who you are:

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrated by your ability to explain complex solutions, ideas, and problems to technical and non-technical colleagues

  • You are a strong cross-functional collaborator, ready to drive strategic initiatives and ad-hoc problem-solving Enjoy context switching, changes in daily work patterns, and find change exciting!
  • You are a self-starter who enjoys chasing aggressive goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years in a lead generation role, partnerships, business development, or quota-carrying role within healthcare related industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to influence cross-functional teams to develop collaboration and commitment
