Healthcare companies can use the Getlabs API to send medical professionals to their patients and collect diagnostic tests, including labs, vitals, ultrasounds, imaging, and more.

  • Ensure quality at a multi-city level for all our phlebotomists
  • Travel to new markets to onboard, train and assist with setting up a marketWork with the Phlebotomists, Coordinators and Operations Managers to identify any opportunities within their city
  • Perform appointment quality checks and employee performance on a regular basis and accurately report all findings to the Operations Manager
  • Provide continuous training to phlebotomy staff on current processes or new processesDevelop and maintain training documents that will be utilized by multiple cities
  • Implement and administer trainings for the updated or new processes
  • Complete new hire and annual competency assessments when necessary
  • Assist with day-to-day customer service including interactions with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms
  • Act as an escalation point for quality concerns
  • Apply analysis to improve processes,products, and  reduce recollection errorsAct as an escalation point for quality concerns
  • Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years previous experience as a Mobile Phlebotomist and or Hospital lab
  •  At least 2 years of management experience in a leadership/Quality position is required
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required: American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
  • In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities and techniques
  • Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service Strong communication skills; both written and verbal               
  • A disciplined worker who can work independently 
  • Reliable transportation and clean driving record
  • Competency with Google applications and willingness to embrace new technologyA proven ability to handle ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes
  • Preferred Qualification

  • Successful history of coaching, developing and evaluating employee.
  • Ability to problem solve and use resources to find solutions quickly
  • Apply analysis to improve processes, products, and procedures through fact based data 
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes, unexpected events and still have an effective outcome.
  • Effectively influence actions and opinions of others in a positive manner
  • Knowledge of assisting in writing SOP’s and Policy and Procedures 
  • Team player who is open to receiving and providing feedback in a constructive way
