We are currently seeking a finance leader interested in joining a growth stage startup. You will be exceptional at motivating, managing, and assembling a world-class finance team Getlabs projected growth makes attracting someone with the ability to help them build a strategic financial plan essential. As a key member of the leadership team, this executive will partner effectively with the CEO, the Board, and the rest of the executive team to plan, forecast, manage, and report on the company’s growth and operations.
This individual will lead and manage all core areas of finance (strategic financial planning, accounting, tax, audit, purchasing)as well as determine our investment strategy in partners, vendors and outsourcing resources, manage cash flow and capital expenditures, navigate the challenges of conducting business overseas in foreign currencies and identify alternative distribution cost channels, develop reporting and our financial business systems, and pursue fundraising and financial relationships. This position will have a profound impact on the future of Getlabs at a defining moment in the evolution of the company. This individual will be a strategic contributor to company direction and growth. S/he will need to have demonstrated success thinking strategically about building a financial plan from the ground up.
