Getlabs is currently seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to spearhead our SEM efforts. The ideal candidate will have a quantitative background, bring strong organizational and project management skills, and be able to think creatively but also prioritize effectively in a fast moving environment.

This position will begin as an individual contributor as the first hire on our Growth team and report directly to our CEO. As your team grows, this role will turn into a player-coach role. Working cross-functionally with our Design and Engineering teams, you will help build out the Growth team to ensure it achieves success for Getlabs.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and own strategy for consumer growth marketing at Getlabs across SEM (Google, Bing)
  • Experiment with offline marketing, including direct mail and health care office marketing
  • Drive customer acquisition through strong calls to action and well-performing collateral
  • Lead the execution of new marketing campaigns from start to finish, driving collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Play a key role in national expansion efforts; develop a playbook for consumer growth for specific geographies
  • Develop data models to understand CAC and LTV ratios
  • Oversee planning, budgeting, and execution of all consumer growth marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with Design and Engineering teams to optimize the consumer funnel
  • Guide the growth marketing team in methodically prioritizing, testing into, and scaling new channels
  • Oversee tracking of key metrics and surfacing key insights to senior leadership to guide company strategy and decision-making
  • Recommend new sources for customer acquisition efforts
  • Experience requirements:

  • 7 years of professional experience in marketing with a strong record of accomplishment in digital direct response and consumer acquisition, ideally in high growth, dynamic environment
  • Track record of developing and optimizing large-scale digital B2C campaigns
  • Ensure that paid acquisition efforts are complemented with strong CRM execution and strategy
  • A strong leader who implements processes in a way that empowers employees and enables the company to scale
  • Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach”
  • Great brand sensibility – manage and ensure creative strategy and consistency across all channels
  • Experience effectively managing large budgets against performance metrics
  • Tech-savvy, results-driven & highly analytical
  • Experience motivating, mentoring and retaining talent
  • Experience with direct mail and healthcare office marketing is a plus
  • SQL proficiency is a huge plus
