We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations to lead our West Coast region in the United States. As Director of Ops at Getlabs you will own the operations, strategy, and performance in your region and ensure our patients have an incredible experience. You’ll be responsible for building a distributed team across multiple major markets, managing the local team leads in those markets, and creating a positive and productive culture.

This role is remote but would require regular travel to our operations in California, Nevada, Washington, and Oregon. Our strong preference is that you live in those states

At Getlabs, you will:

Build a team of amazing local leaders from the ground up. Coach those leaders as they build out their high performing teams and create an impactful culture

Roll up your sleeves and do the work, while also being able to zoom out and direct the team

Simultaneously launch new markets and expand across your current operational footprint

Serve as a the local ambassador of Getlabs for partners, patients, and other stakeholders

Deliver on KPIs across growth, efficiency, and quality

Develop, refine, and scale processes across your region and all of Getlabs

Analyze a wide range of inputs and develop strategies to improve your business

Be a local thought leader and strategic partner for the executive team

What we are looking for:

8+ years of experience across health care, hospitality, logistics, tech operations or similar fields

4+ years of management experience, including experience with distributed teams and leading managers

Experience with early-stage startups or other fast moving companies

Highly comfortable with ambiguity in the absence of defined systems and processes

A creative thinker that challenges assumptions and wants to participate in changing the health care landscape

Healthcare companies can integrate the Getlabs API to send medical professionals to their patients and collect diagnostic tests, including labs, vitals checks, liquid biopsies, imaging, and more.
